These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all tattoo services provided at Lethal Ink Tattoo. By booking an appointment with us, you (“Client”) agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
1. Appointment and Deposit
1.1. To secure your tattoo appointment, a 25% non-refundable deposit (“Deposit”) is required. This Deposit covers the preparation time and the reserved appointment slot.
1.2. The Deposit will be applied to the total cost of the tattoo. In case of multiple appointments, the Deposit will be deducted from the final payment due.
2. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows
2.1. Cancellations: If the Client cancels their appointment any deposits paid are non refundable.
2.2. No-Show: If the Client fails to show up for the appointment, the Deposit is forfeited.
2.3. Rescheduling: If the Client needs to reschedule, they must notify the Studio at least 72 hours before the appointment. If rescheduled, the Deposit will be applied to the new date.
2.4. Tattoo Artist Cancellations: In case of a cancellation by the tattoo artist, a replacement appointment will be arranged as soon as possible.
2.5. No Refund after Design: Once a design is made or work on the tattoo has started, the Deposit becomes non-refundable.
3. Client Responsibility
3.1. Health Conditions: The tattooing procedure may not be performed if the Client is intoxicated by alcohol or drugs, under certain medications (including anticoagulants), or in any condition that impedes the safe application of a tattoo.
3.2. Medical History: Clients must disclose any relevant health issues, including allergies, existing skin conditions, or if they are pregnant or breastfeeding.
3.3. Consent: A written consent form must be signed by the Client prior to each appointment. If the Client is unable to provide consent due to legal reasons, this will be considered as termination of the contract.
3.4. Tattoo Health: Any complications related to wound healing, scarring, or other aftercare issues are the responsibility of the Client. The Client is required to follow the provided aftercare instructions.
4. Tattoo Design
4.1. Accuracy: The Client understands that no guarantee can be given that the finished tattoo will exactly match the design template. Skin condition, texture, and other factors can affect the final outcome.
4.2. Cover-Ups: For cover-up tattoos, there is no guarantee that full coverage will be achieved, and interactions between the old and new tattoo ink may lead to unpredictable results.
4.3. Laser Treatments and Scarring: If prior laser treatments or scarring exist on the area to be tattooed, this may impact the outcome of the tattoo. No liability will be assumed for complications arising from laser treatments or scar tissue.
5. Payment Terms
5.1. Payment for each session must be made in cash or card immediately after the tattoo is completed. Card payments are accepted for amounts over 10,000 baht.
5.2. Tattoo Session Conditions: The Client’s condition must be appropriate for tattooing. This includes being clean and in a sober and physically healthy state, without any substances impairing the tattooing process.
6. Liability and Risk
6.1. Color Variations: There is no liability for color or quality deviations between the design and the final tattoo due to factors like skin condition or healing.
6.2. Cover-Up Results: No guarantee is made that the cover-up tattoo will fully hide the previous tattoo. Interactions between existing and new ink may lead to unexpected effects.
6.3. Healing Complications: The Studio is not responsible for complications such as scarring, infections, or poor healing caused by improper aftercare.
6.4. Laser-treated or Scarred Skin: Clients who have had prior laser treatments or who have scars in the tattoo area should be aware that these factors can negatively affect the quality and longevity of the tattoo.
7. Image Rights
7.1. Tattoo Photography: The Client grants the tattoo artist the right to photograph and publish images of the tattoo for promotional purposes, with the understanding that these images will be used without compensation.
7.2. Client Use: The Client has the right to use images of their tattoo for personal purposes. Commercial use of these images is prohibited without the explicit permission of the tattoo artist.
8. Legal Considerations
8.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable laws and regulations. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the local legal framework.
8.2. Any unannounced failure to attend a scheduled appointment will be treated as termination of the agreement.
By proceeding with the booking of an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the above Terms and Conditions. The Studio reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
