This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions related to cancellations, rescheduling, and deposit refunds at Lethal Ink Tattoo. By booking an appointment, you (“Client”) agree to adhere to the provisions specified in this Policy.
1. Deposit Requirement
1.1. A non-refundable deposit (“Deposit”), of at least 25%, is required to secure all appointments at the Studio.
1.2. The Deposit will be applied toward the final cost of the Client’s tattoo.
2. Non-Refundable Deposit
2.1. Deposits are strictly non-refundable under normal circumstances.
2.2. Deposits cover the time and effort invested by the Studio’s tattoo artists (“Artists”) in preparation for the Client’s appointment, which includes but is not limited to:
- Conducting initial consultations via phone, email, or social media.
- Creating and customizing artwork designs.
- Preparing stencils and required materials for the tattoo.
- Reserving the appointment slot exclusively for the Client.
3. Cancellations and No-Shows
3.1. If the Client cancels their appointment or fails to show up, the Deposit will be forfeited.
3.2. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows, as this disrupts the Artist’s schedule and prevents other Clients from booking during that time.
4. Rescheduling
4.1. Clients may reschedule their appointment without losing the Deposit, provided they notify the Studio at least 72 hours before their scheduled appointment time.
4.2. Rescheduled appointments depend on the Artist’s availability, and the Deposit will be applied to the new appointment date.
5. Preparation and Materials
5.1. The Studio incurs significant preparation costs before each appointment, including but not limited to:
- Setting up needles, machines, seating, and other required equipment.
- Sanitizing equipment and preparing a clean and hygienic environment.
5.2. These preparation costs are included in the Deposit and are non-refundable.
6. Refunds
6.1. There are no refunds of any kind under all circumstances, except in exceptional situations where the Studio may decide otherwise at its sole discretion.
6.2. If a refund is granted, it will be at the sole discretion of the Studio and will be communicated to the Client in writing.
7. Agreement to Terms
By booking an appointment and paying a deposit, the Client confirms their understanding and acceptance of this Policy. The Studio reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice.
